Rugby Season ends on High

The Wallace High School finished a hard rugby season with four notable successes. The Medallion won The Ulster Schools’ Plate Competition defeating Sullivan by 37-26. Chris Lister(2), David Scott(2), Ross Irwin and Jordan McMullan were the try scorers. David Scott kicked one penalty and a conversion while Connor Saunders also kicked a conversion.

Wallace High School Moving Image Arts students this week enjoyed a  surprise visit from the actor James Nesbitt. James, star of TV shows such as Jekyll and Cold Feet as well as movies such as Bloody Sunday and Waking Ned, took time from his busy schedule to view some of the A Level students’ coursework.
