Old Girls’ Coffee Morning

Written by | News

13305oldgirls.jpgThe Wallace High School Old Girls’ Association hosted its annual Coffee morning and sale in the Clonevin Park School recently. President of the Association, Daphne Coburn commented, “I was delighted to see so many former pupils come along and support our Association. We had a very enjoyable morning with our sale including a plant stall, cake stall white elephant and tombola. Chatting over coffee, served by current Sixth year girls, gave us a chance to renew old friendships.

Our events help raise funds for the school. Amongst other donations, each year we award prizes to Upper sixth girls who have made an outstanding contribution to the life of the school. I would like to encourage any Wallace “old girl” who is keen to join our Association to contact me via the school.”
