The Wallace High School has enjoyed another success this week in the ‘Make your Mark challenge’. The Business studies competition was held in the school on Monday 16th November, and teams of six had to come up with a new business concept that was both locally themed and environmentally friendly.

Pedal Power, a team of Year 11 students designed a bike rental scheme for tourism across the city of Lisburn and was the overall winner of their age group for the South East region. The Year 14 team, Team Supreme also enjoyed success with their idea, finishing runners up in their age category for the same region.

Both teams will now have the chance to compete in the Northern Ireland final at W5 on Friday 27th November, with winners going on to London to compete in the UK finals in December.
